What is the return policy? 

It is best to contact A Chosen Collection before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size charts are available for your reference under each product you click on. Size exchanges will be at your expense.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When there is a return, A Chosen Collection will receive an email. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

What are the shipping options? 
Estimated delivery is between 7-10 business days.

There is no express shipping.

What do I do if I never received my order?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you after doing the following...

  • Confirm the shipping address was correct.
  • Double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Where are you located?
 

Our store is exclusively online and we utilize printing services from Printful. Their production process is to route orders using an advanced algorithm, taking into account the end customer's address, where the product is available.

Where do the materials come from? 

Adult t-shirt and hoodie material is Gildan brand who uses products sourced from Bangladesh, Honduras, Haiti, Mexico, or Nicaragua.
